Meets marked
(B) require advance booking with the meet leader, booking can start as soon
as the leader is nominated, please book early!
On meets marked (N) you are strongly advised to notify the meet leader of intention
to attend due to possible special arrangements.
Out of courtesy please notify meet leaders of other meets of your intention
to attend.
All weekend meets usually involve arrival at the hut/campsite on the Friday
night even though dates are published as from Saturday!
Spaces are reserved at hut meets designated by (B) by payment of 50% of accommodation costs as a non-returnable deposit to the meet leader (to be supplied within 5 days of booking otherwise the place will be given to others). The deposit will be reimbursed if the place is taken up by reserves!
