Camping
The meet is based at the Eilean Fraoich campsite. We have an area set aside for the club, so when booking, please mention that you’re with us. http://www.eileanfraoich.co.uk/

Ferries
Ferries run from Ullapool and Uig (Skye). I have booked onto the 1800 ferry from Ullapool with a few other teams. It works out at about £55 each way for a car and a couple of people. Bike racks add about £5 to the return journey price.

Guidebooks
Gary Latter’s bumper book of fun is the best and most current one. I can get them at staff discount from the BMC if you want one. http://info.rockrun.com/reviews/scottish-rock-volume-2-%28north%29.html

The Climbing
The majority of crags are non tidal. The best grades are in the HS – E4 range, with tons to go at for the time we’re there. Try these resources from UKC.

Shopping
The have shops in Scotland, so don’t worry about that. The pubs might be a bit dire though.

Extra Curricular Activities
You name it, we got it: cycling, running, building sandcastles, swimming, drinking, eating, fighting, kite flying, slacklining, cuddling, living.

What Next?
Book a ferry, book the campsite, turn up and tie on.
I am on 07950889670 or kinderguide@hotmail.com if you want to have a chat about it.
