To check availability the calendar shows the dates that have already been booked for the next few months. To check that a booking date is available fill in the 'Hut Booking Form' which can be found in the sidebar on the right. Alternatively, use the Contact us tab on the menu bar and scroll down to the Hut Secretary,click this and type your request in the text box below.

NB. The Calendar shows the actual 'nights' booked. For example, Friday 5th. Nov and Saturday 6th. Nov refer to those 'nights', so even though the Sunday is shown as 'free' the hut may well be occupied into the afternoon period.

Whilst members can go to the hut at any time, they are advised to first check with the Hut Booking secretary to check what outside group may be in residence and hut availability. Group bookings are also invited by outside clubs and organisations. If you are taking children to the hut please be aware of our Child Protection Policy and complete a Children Attending Meets - Guidelines and Consent form (Click links to download).

Fuel is provided for the open fires, whilst cooking is by bottled gas (also provided). The hut is served by electricity and water is taken for from local hillside streams with U.V. treated kitchen supply. Parking is available for up to approximately twelve cars. Note that only pets belonging to members are allowed inside the hut.
