Club Hut

The nearest town is Trefriw which is approximately 3 miles away. Trefriw itself is situated on the B5106 about two and a half miles west of Llanrwst. From the A55 to the north it is about eleven miles south, via Dolgarrog. Betwys y coed is just over five miles south of Trefriw. Near the centre of the town is the 'Fairy Falls Hotel' directly opposite this is a very steep road junction.Follow this road, straight up and straight on past side-roads, to where signs for 'Craftnant' appear. This road goes all the way to Blaen y nant.
Most of this road is single track and can be fairly busy especially at weekends. There is quite a large car park on the right just before Llyn Craftnant.
Go past this and follow the tarmac road by the side of the lake.
Carry on up the road, leaving the lake behind, for about a mile, until you reach a farm gate. Once through the gate (please close it behind you), ignore the right turn and proceed directly up the steep rough track for about 100 m. to reach Blaen y nant.
