Turn up and Tie on Meet 28th.April 2012
After a week of appalling weather, rivers flooding and trees getting blown away, the day came to go to High Neb. We had eight (I think) people turn up to sample the delights of Gritstone climbing. Altogether we had around thirty people turn up to climb,not only that some just to join in the banter. The rock was dry and the sun shone, the only downside it was a bit chilly belaying at the top.Thanks to all those who took part in helping to make a good meet even better!

Spring Clean

I have donned my overalls and pulled the inspection cover back that provides access to the website 'gubbins'. The area around the database was particularly in need of a Spring Clean.
So in order to get it up to date I need your help. If you have changed your address in the last 12 months and the members list hasn't been updated please do the following,
1) Send an email to members2012@mynydd.org.uk with 'membership' in the Subject text area.
Christmas Newsletter
Hi
The Christmas Newsletter is now available. The on-line version is in the members area under the Journals menu tab and the printed version will be available in the Royal tomorrow night. Those who are not able to get to the pub will have to wait for the post, possibly sometime early next week to get their copy.

The October edition of the journal is now available. I will bring some copies to the Royal on Thursday night so you can get a copy ahead of the post. The posted copies will probably arrive early next week.

Thought I would let everyone know in good time that the deadline for the October journal is Friday 23rd Sept. Easy to remember as this is the Autumnal Equinox. So get all those Meet reports, articles and pictures sent in before then. Its the usual address mynyddjournal@gmail.com.
