This Evening
Meet outside the Sportsman on Kinder Road (SK 044 867) for a 7pm departure. There is plenty of parking along Kinder Rd near the Sportsman but if its still icy it may be better to park in the village.
I'm thinking up through Elle Bank woods and follow the ridge over Mount Famine to South Head (the dragons back). From there probably complete a figure of 8 route via the bridleways back past Stonehouses. In the dark and snow as a group I suspect this is probably 2 hours.

Club Journal
Hi
We are reviewing the club journal, mainly looking for ways to improve its 'usefulness' to the majority of members. One of the questions is 'How frequently do we want the journal published'?
In the members section there is a Journal Poll tab which will allow you to cast a vote for one of four options. One of the options is to keep the present format of three issues a year and a pre Christmas Newsletter, or to opt for more or less issues per year.
You can see the results of the poll after you have voted.
Journal Editor.
The Mournes
The recent Bank Holiday Mynydd minibus Ireland expedition seems to have been a fantastic outing, not only singing and dancing but apparently climbing , as well.
The Gallery now has a record of pictures mainly taken by Martin, but others also contributed.
More Alpine Pictures
Here is a another set of Alpine pictures mainly from Mark Procter with other pictures from Rick and Catherine. These are located in the Courmayeur 2 section of the gallery.
